Nannie came to see us

Nannie, Ryan's Mom Mary, came to see us during her Spring Break from watching Minnie's cousin and future best bud, Nina. We didn't do much but spend time with each other and take many walks. Ryan and I were able to go to a nice dinner, a bar, the movies, and on a bike ride. Stuff we haven't been able to do in a long time. Minnie thinks Nannie is such a good book reader. I had a great time just having her around during the day and getting to talk to her. We talked all about babies and watched the Godfather. We bought a mobile for the little wiggle worm so she wouldn't fall off her changing table and it was by far the hardest baby item we've put together. It took both Mary and I to get it up. Couldn't have done it without her. We all wished she didn't have to leave.

Getting fatter!!

Paparazi???
Nannie-razzi!! Don't take my picture! Gimmee that camera!

I'm old enough to know that this will not be the only St. Patrick's Day shirt that my daddy will dress me in.

Minnie showing Nannie her favorite pastime, pulling my hair

What a cute family - 3 generations of red haired Collins (well, if you count Ryan's beard)

We just had to show Nannie what a good swimmer Minnie is
Just a couple more inches before Minnie can slide down the water slide

Red-haired Irish BFFs

Thanks for all my new toys that you got me, Nannie. You make trips to Babies R Us fun and not just for lame diapers!

Minnie got up and played with Nannie every single morning that Nannie was here. She missed her the morning after she left. It looks like she's thinking, "Where's Nannie?"
